How to make the payment?
Click Add to Cart and then pay via your PayPal, or just hit the Buy with PayPal Button. For other payment methods, we are on the way to get them avaiable.
Can my order be canceled?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of your placement. Please send an email requesting the cancellation immediately or call us during our business hours.
How will my order be processed?
After payment done, we will ship the items out via UPS/USPS and make CI PDF to your e-mail address for reference .
How can my order be guaranteed?
With Shopify advanced security system and PayPal safeguard, you are in safe hands. Products are with 1-2 year warranty.
Can I get my tracking number if I don’t have an account?
Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email address provided by the customer once packages have been shipped. We highly recommend checking all information inputted (Email, Name, Shipping and Billing Address) to avoid any further delays.
Can I change my shipping address once the order is placed?
Orders can be modified before we shipped the item out. Please call us or send an email and provide the new shipping address in advance. Please note that modifications are not guaranteed unless confirmed by a representative.
What if my package arrived damaged / defective?
If package(s) are damaged upon arrival, immediately take pictures of the packaging and item and contact us along with the images. We can either issue a replacement (if available) or full refund once the package(s) has been returned back to our facility.
-If package(s) are DOA, non-functional or stopped working, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Check with the user manual in the package you received, or you can just contact us for help.
What's your warranty policy ?
Our products has ONE YEAR warranty guaranteed according to their types. If any of our products has quality problem confirmed, new good replacement or refund will be provided to you. For any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.
