I have purchased a number of Shine-decor's LED Neon Rope Lights. They perform as advertised and are easily modified to a custom length.

Their Customer Service is outstanding. As an example I wasn't sure what the spacing should be for the mounting brackets. I wanted to start the project right away. I emailed Customer Support, but ordered two 16' Ropes and an Extra Mounting Pack anyways as I figured it would be a few days before I'd hear back from them. To my surprise the next day an email from Cora was in my inbox. Cora not only answered my question, she had checked my order and removed the Extra Mounting Pack from my order and issued a credit. Wow!! As it turned out I received the regular LED Ropes not the Ultra Bright. I contacted Cora again and she quickly resolved the issue.

I only wish all Customer Service Reps were as efficient customer advocates as Cora.

Great product just have to very careful because if you bend the light too much it will have a 2 inch spot turn off

I reached out via chat and Vicky was very helpful in find the parts I needed in the US, as some of the parts were not available locally. After verifying the parts I needed She was able to quickly gather the materials and offered costs and shipping details in a timely manner despite our time zone differences. She was even responsive on the chat even on her off hours and strong communications.

Saw the product on Amazon website but purchased directly from Shine Decor. It was almost 20% cheaper buying direct with the first time buyer’s discount. The product arrived 5 days after placing the order. It was well packaged with all the said items included. The surprise came when the lights were turned on. It was brighter than expected and there was not a single non functioning led among the several hundreds of them. The string led is IP 65 but not sure if the rectifier is also waterproof. Highly recommended!

Let me start with the customer service is A+. I had a issue that was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend Shine-Decor. I installed the LED neon lights and my deck looks awesome. The colors are crisp and vibrant. I'm glad I went with Shine-Decor.

Used this for our business sign as a back light and it looks great. I should have paid more attention to the listing because this particular model does not come with a remote so it has to be hooked up to a plug on a switch or be unplugged when not in use but that is no fault of the product only my own.

These lights replaced some tube lights that were starting to fail. They are true daylight. Colour and brightness is great.
